Water Heater Replacement

“I like to pick a contractor based on either referral or gut instinct after speaking with the company. Andy satisfied both criteria: referred by good friends, and from his feedback on the situation with our home appliance warranty company, I could tell we should use him and stop wasting time with the awful customer service we were already getting. Our water heater had exploded all over a partially finished basement and ruined drywall, carpet, and more — and our warranty company's poor customer service and the terrible, unresponsive contractor they were demanding had us headed for a meltdown. Andy was honest, and delivered exactly the customer service and quality we were hoping for. I can't say enough good things about picking his company to do the work.”

Andy responded quickly during a busy heatwave and had our HVAC back up and running in no time. We had a different issue recently on our upstairs system and he had the problem identified within minutes and provided us with varying cost solutions — all competitively priced. “Absolutely great! Called him out of the blue after I heard a strange noise in my air conditioner this morning and blew out my fuses. He came by in a couple of hours (mind you: I'm not a regular customer). He was prompt, diligent, and solved the problem in no time (a snake in my compressor). And when I got the bill, I was shocked about how good the price was. I've never had that kind of service from one of the "big boys" even with their "gold" contracts and the price is unmatched. Definitely make this place your first, second, and last call!”

“They charged nothing. It was just a small leak in one of the plastic PVC lines where the trap is from the unit, and it was just dripping a little bit. It was very minor, but he came back out and put some RTV sealant on it to stop it from leaking.”
